Hello, I'm Joe Kepner - Owner, Operator of Property Solutions Contractors Inc.

PSCI has been working on excavating and construction projects in Central Indiana for over 25 years. We have built a reputation for doing professional work, in a timely manner, and at a fair price. PSCI offers a diverse range of services for excavation, concrete, and site prep projects.

We are an integral part of the Greater Lafayette community and are members of the Breakfast Optimist Club, Greater Lafayette Chamber of Commerce, FOP Lodge of Lafayette, and the John Purdue Club.

We are proud members of the International Union of Operating Engineers Local 103 and Laborers' International Union of North America Local 274.
